2. Seller Information
Pawfect Plan is the seller of the digital products offered on this site. When you place an order, you are entering into a contract with Pawfect Plan.
3. Product Description
Pawfect Plan sells digital Google Sheets budget templates, including the Ultimate Annual Budget Spreadsheet and related add-ons. All products are delivered digitally; no physical goods are shipped.
4. Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. For payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics, please refer to Paddle's Buyer Terms.
5. License & Restrictions
Upon purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template for personal use. You may not redistribute, resell, reverse engineer, or claim ownership of our intellectual property.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, templates, and materials on this site are owned by Pawfect Plan and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our site or products for unlawful purposes, fraud, spam, intellectual property infringement, or to interfere with our systems or security.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated violations of these terms.
